If you are like me you love everything pumpkin spice. Luckily, there is a way to feed our craving without blowing our diet. Advocare’s Pumpkin Meal Replacement Shakes are delicious and very versatile. I enjoy them on their own when I am needing a quick meal but I also enjoy adding them to recipes to add a little variety to what I eat. Here is one of my favorites.
Pumpkin Spice Peanut Butter Protein Balls
1/4 Natural Organic Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Organic Honey
Organic Cinnamon (as desired)
Stir all ingredients in a bowl until mixed evenly. Hand roll into 1 inch or smaller balls and lightly roll into organic ground cinnamon. Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes; keep chilled until serving. Yields approximately 8 balls
